"العربية لحقوق الإنسان" تطالب مجلس الأمن الدولي بإعلان قطاع غزة منطقة منكوبة
دعت المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان مجلس الأمن الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته القانونية والأخلاقية تجاه المدنيين الفلسطينيين، وإعلان قطاع غزة “منطقة منكوبة” من أجل السماح بتدفق وإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية العاجلة لحماية الحق. لحياة المدنيين وتقديم الإغاثة للمتضررين.
وقالت المنظمة في بيان لها إنها تعتقد أن صلاحية مجلس الأمن تظل على المحك ما لم يتمكن من فرض وقف إطلاق النار، والإغاثة السريعة للمتضررين، والحد من القتل الجماعي المتعمد للمدنيين الواقعين تحت الاحتلال.
دعت المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة إلى القيام بواجباتها باسم المجتمع الدولي، ووقف أي تقاعس في تطبيق القانون الدولي، وعلى الأقل محاكاة مواقف الجمعية العامة السابقة بشأن الوضع في أوكرانيا .
