سحبوها بالونش.. اليوم محاكمة المتهمين بسرقة سيارة بالزاوية الحمراء
تنظر محكمة جنح الزاوية الحمراء، اليوم الأحد، برئاسة المستشار شهاب عشوش، تأجيل محاكمة عامل بتهمة سرقة سيارة عن طريق سحبها باستخدام “ونش” بسبب خلافات مع صاحبها.
وأدلى العامل باعترافات تفصيلية خلال تحقيقات النيابة العامة معه، بوجود خلافات عائلية بينه وبين صاحب السيارة باعتباره أحد أقاربه على الميراث، ورفضه إعطائه حقه في الميراث. وبحسب قصته، فإنه قرر الانتقام منه وسرقة سيارته الخاصة حتى يحصل على حقه القانوني.
وأضاف المتهم خلال التحقيقات أنه لهذا الغرض قام بتأجير ونش لقطر السيارات المعطلة، وذهب إلى منزل صاحب السيارة وانتظر حتى حلول الليل، وفور اطمئنانه إلى خلو الشارع من المارة، قام بسحبها. السيارة متوجهة إلى مسقط رأسه بمحافظة القليوبية، إلا أن أحد مراكز الأمن بالمنطقة أوقفه. وعندما سأله عن أوراق السيارة اكتشف أنها مسروقة.
