قانون الاستثمار يوضح الفرق بين الدخل والأجر الحقيقى
عرف قانون الاستثمار رقم 72 لسنة 2017 الاستثمار العيني بأنه عملية استخدام السلع والخدمات لخلق قدرات إنتاجية جديدة، أو للحفاظ على القدرات الإنتاجية الموجودة في المجتمع أو تجديدها. كما أكد القانون أن الاستثمار بهذه الطريقة يعبر عن نشاط إنتاجي يتم بناءه على أساسه. يتم إنشاء المباني بمختلف أنواعها، وإنشاء الطرق، وحفر المجاري والمصارف، واستصلاح الأراضي، وبناء الجسور، واعتماد وسائل الاتصالات: السلكية واللاسلكية وغيرها، وبالتالي يتم الاستثمار العيني الحقيقي. حقق.
وفي سياق متصل، يفرق القانون بين مفهومي الدخل الحقيقي والأجر الحقيقي، حيث يعرف الدخل الحقيقي بأنه مصطلح يشير إلى القوة الشرائية للمبلغ الفعلي من المال الذي يحصل عليه الفرد، كدخل، وبالتالي فإنه يأخذ في الاعتبار التغيرات في الائتمان، ويعتبر الدخل الحقيقي هو المعيار الذي يمكن من خلاله الحكم على مستوى المعيشة ورصد تطور هذا المعيار.
أما الأجر الحقيقي فيتجسد في كمية السلع والخدمات التي يمكن للعامل الحصول عليها، مع الأجر النقدي الذي يتقاضاه، والذي يعتمد على مستوى الائتمان السائد، والذي يختلف من وقت لآخر، ومن وقت لآخر. من مكان إلى آخر، ولمعرفة الأجر الحقيقي بشكل دقيق، لا بد من إضافة بعض الميزات إلى الأجر النقدي الذي يتمتع به العامل، مثل السكن المجاني والوجبات والملابس التي يحصل عليها بعض العمال.
