إنجازات مصرية.. دراسة تكشف: نقلة نوعية فى قطاع النقل لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة
كشفت دراسة للمركز المصري للفكر والدراسات، أن الدولة المصرية تمكنت خلال السنوات العشر الماضية من العمل بإرادة لمواجهة التحديات الداخلية والخارجية، نتيجة الأزمات المتوالية التي شهدتها قبل عام 2014، والتي كادت أن وعصفت بها، إذ مضت قدماً نحو إطلاق مشاريع البنية التحتية، لا سيما ملف الطرق، وإطلاق الاستراتيجية. تطوير قطاع النقل في الفترة من (2014-2024) لتحقيق نهضة شاملة في قطاعات النقل (البرية، البحرية، الجوية، النهرية، السكك الحديدية)، بهدف رفع مستوى الخدمات مع الحفاظ على البيئة للتنقل نحو النقل المستدام. تعتبر شبكات النقل العمود الفقري الأساسي الذي تقوم عليه التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
وأوضحت الدراسة أن رؤية الدولة المصرية ممثلة في وزارة النقل تجاوزت فكرة الاقتصار على نقل الركاب والبضائع فقط، إلى ترسيخ مفهوم التنمية المستدامة للدولة لتحقيق التوازن المطلوب بين المتطلبات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية. ولتنفيذ هذه الرؤية تم العمل على توسيع وسائل النقل لربط مصر بمحيطها. إقليمياً ودولياً، من خلال تطوير الموانئ البحرية والربط البري مع الدول العربية والإفريقية.
