مجلس النواب يوافق على اتفاقية دولية تدعم "التعليم والصحة" بـ500 مليون دولار
وافق مجلس النواب، في جلسته العامة اليوم الاثنين، برئاسة المستشار الدكتور حنفي الجبالي، على اتفاقية قرض بقيمة 500 مليون دولار موجه لمشاريع تنموية في التعليم والصحة، من بنك دويتشه الألماني والمؤسسة العربية المصرفية ABC لصالح مشروعات التنمية في مجالي التعليم والصحة. استفادة وزارة المالية بضمانة “المؤسسة العربية لضمان الاستثمار” بهدف التمويل والعودة.. تمويل المشاريع المدرجة في الموازنة العامة حتى نهاية العام المالي الحالي، لتتوافق مع المعايير البيئية والاجتماعية والاستدامة المعايير.
واستعرض النائب محمد سليمان، رئيس اللجنة الاقتصادية في مجلس النواب، الاتفاق، قائلاً: “سيتم توزيع القرض الدولاري بالتساوي بين البنكين بواقع 250 مليون دولار لكل منهما، على مدة 7 سنوات، تشمل فترة سماح مدتها سنتان، بمعدل فائدة ثابت لدويتشه بنك وسعر فائدة متغير لبنك ABC».
وأوضح أن وزارة المالية ستستخدم القرض في تطوير كفاءة بعض الغرف الصفية بالمدارس، وتجهيز مرافق التأمين الصحي الشامل، ومستشفيات الحياة الكريمة، وتطوير نقاط الإسعاف، وشراء وسائل النقل، وتأهيل المراكز الطبية المتخصصة، مؤكدا أن هذا التمويل سيعمل على أن يتم توجيهها إلى المشروعات المدرجة ضمن المشروعات للسنتين الماليتين 2022/2022 و2023/2024.
