البرلمان العربى يدعو لتشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية حول جرائم الاحتلال فى غزة
قدم البرلمان العربي كتابا رسميا إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة لتشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية للتحقيق في جريمة الحرب التي ارتكبتها وترتكبها دولة الاحتلال (إسرائيل) ضد المدنيين العزل، بينهم أطفال ونساء وشيوخ، مع دعم ومساندة الدول الكبرى، ومحاسبتها على حرب الإبادة الجماعية. الذي يمارس ضدهم ليل نهار، حتى تجاوز عدد الشهداء منذ بداية هذه الحرب الدموية العشرة آلاف شهيد، وأكثر من اثنين وثلاثين ألف جريح، في جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان وجريمة ضد الإنسانية تجرم. ويحرمها القانون الدولي والإنساني وكافة معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، وانتهاك صارخ لاتفاقيات جنيف المتعلقة بمعاملة… المدنيين في زمن الحرب.
وأضاف البرلمان العربي أن ما يحدث في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وخاصة قطاع غزة، هو حرب إبادة جماعية تقوم بها دولة الاحتلال ضد المدنيين بمن فيهم الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ، طالما هناك صمت وغياب مخزي. ومحاسبة مرتكبي جرائمهم، وتحدي صارخ لكافة المواثيق والأعراف والقوانين الدولية والإنسانية.
وطالب البرلمان العربي المجتمع الدولي ومجلس الأمن بالخروج عن صمتهم وتحمل مسؤولياتهم، من خلال تطبيق قواعد القانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية، ومحاسبة دولة الاحتلال على كافة الجرائم التي ارتكبتها وترتكبها، وتوفير الحماية الدولية للشعب الفلسطيني الأعزل، والضغط على دولة الاحتلال لوقف آلة الحرب. شرسة، توقف النزيف.
ويجدد البرلمان العربي دعمه ومساندته لنضال الشعب الفلسطيني العادل من أجل استعادة حقوقه الوطنية المشروعة، بما فيها حقه في العودة وإقامة دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها مدينة القدس.
