وزير العدل الفلسطيني: يجب وقف الإبادة الجماعية الممنهجة ضد شعبنا
قال وزير العدل الفلسطيني محمد الشلالدة، إن دولة إسرائيل أعلنت الحرب على قطاع غزة كسلطة احتلال، وفي ظل جرائم الحرب والإبادة الجماعية التي يتعرض لها الشعب الفلسطيني، لا بد من اتخاذ قرار من قبل الأمن على المجلس وقف هذه الحرب العدوانية، قبل التفكير في سيناريوهات ما بعد الحرب. .
وأضاف خلال تصريحات عبر سكايب من رام الله مع قناة القاهرة الإخبارية، أنه يجب على المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الدولية العمل على تحقيق وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، مؤكدا أن ما يقوم به الاحتلال الإسرائيلي يمثل حرب إبادة جماعية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، فالشعب الفلسطيني يُقتل ويُذبح أمام… المجتمع الدولي، وبالتالي فإن القضية لا تتوقف فقط على مسألة المساعدات والدواء والإغاثة والحصار المفروض، بل وقف هذا العدوان.
وتابع أن دولة الاحتلال تنتهك مبادئ القوانين والاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية بارتكاب جرائم في غزة، لافتا إلى أن النيابة العامة قامت بالتوثيق القانوني لكافة جرائم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في غزة.
وذكر أنه يجب إعادة القضية الفلسطينية إلى جذورها وأصولها القانونية، بدءاً بعقد مؤتمر دولي لحل القضية الفلسطينية حلاً شاملاً وعادلاً، وبالتالي إيجاد الحل من خلال تنفيذ المبادرة العربية وقرارات الشرعية الدولية. وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.
وأوضح أن إسرائيل تستخدم حربها على قطاع غزة كذريعة لحق الدفاع عن النفس، وبالتالي كيف يحق لدولة محتلة أن تتذرع بالمادة 51 للدفاع عن النفس، ضد حركات المقاومة وشعب يقاوم هذا الاحتلال، مؤكداً أن ما يحدث من الاحتلال يأتي من التمييز والفرق بين حق المقاومة المرتبط بحق تقرير المصير للشعب الفلسطيني، وبين الإرهاب المنظم الذي تقوده سلطة الاحتلال.
وشدد على أن الهدف الأساسي هو وقف إطلاق النار والقتال، وبعد ذلك سيتم الحديث عن المرحلة التالية، لأنه في التهدئة المؤقتة ستستمر إسرائيل في ارتكاب الجرائم ليس فقط ضد حركة حماس، ولكن أيضا ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، وهذا الحرب تهدف إلى القضاء جزئياً أو كلياً على سكان قطاع غزة.
