وزارة الصحة تكشف أهمية وسائل تنظيم الأسرة: تحمى من المضاعفات الخطرة
وكشفت وزارة الصحة والسكان عن أهمية استخدام وسائل تنظيم الأسرة وقالت إنها تحمي الأمهات من المضاعفات التالية:
– نزيف قد يؤدي إلى الوفاة.
– هشاشة العظام بسبب نقص الكالسيوم.
– المعاناة من العديد من الأمراض مثل سوء التغذية وفقر الدم والضغط العصبي.
وقالت وزارة السكان والسكان إن معدل الخصوبة الإجمالي عام 2023 وصل إلى 2.1%، فيما وصل معدل استخدام وسائل تنظيم الأسرة عام 2023 إلى 75%.
وأشار الدكتور حسام عبد العفر المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة، إلى أن نسبة الأمية بين السكان عام 2023 وصلت إلى 12.6%، فيما وصلت الاحتياجات غير الملباة عام 2023 إلى 6%.
وتابع: «نسبة الزواج قبل بلوغ سن الـ18 عام 2023 وصلت إلى 8%، فيما بلغت نسبة النساء اللاتي شاهدن أو سمعن رسائل حول تنظيم الأسرة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة عام 2023 75%».
