تعرف على عقوبة عدم تثبيت اللوحات المعدينة للسيارات وفق قانون المرور
قانون المرور يمنع سائقي السيارات من العبث… لوحات معدنية وتنطلق الحملات المرورية بشكل يومي لضبط المخالفين، وتتخذ وزارة الداخلية الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم.
وتنص مواد قانون المرور على أن كل من تلاعب بأرقام اللوحات لعدم وضوحها يعاقب بغرامة تتراوح بين 300 جنيه إلى 1500 جنيه. كما سيؤدي إلى وقف الترخيص ولا يجوز التوفيق بينه. وهذه الضوابط، والتي يتم من خلالها معالجة المخالفات التي تسبب الحوادث. الطرق، والسيطرة على الوضع الأمني على الطرق، بما في ذلك طمس اللوحات المعدنية.
كما تؤكد مواد القانون على أنه في حالة تكرار المخالفات خلال 6 أشهر من تاريخ إعادة الترخيص يتم مضاعفة مدة السحب وإلغاء الترخيص ولا يجوز إعادة الترخيص قبل مرور 3 سنوات. . كما يتيح القانون في مادته 73 لصاحب الترخيص الطعن في قرار سحبه خلال 15 يوما من تاريخه. ويعاقب القرار، والقانون، في المادة 74 مكرر، صاحب الرخصة بغرامة لا تقل عن 100 جنيه ولا تزيد على 300 جنيه في حالة عدم تركيب اللوحات المعدنية للمركبة في المكان المخصص..
كشفت وزارة الداخلية ملابسات ما تم تداوله على إحدى صفحات موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “فيسبوك”، والذي تضمن قيام حافلة نقل عام بطمس أرقام اللوحات المعدنية.
