السجن المشدد 5 سنوات لـ5 متهمين بسرقة مهندس بالإكراه فى مدينة 15 مايو
قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة بمعاقبة خمسة متهمين، متهمين باستدراج مهندس كمبيوتر إلى منطقة نائية واختطافه بمدينة 15 مايو بدعوى أنهم مأموري الضبط القضائي وسلبه بالقوة، بالسجن المشدد لمدة خمس سنوات. وعاقب المتهم السادس شريكهما بالحبس مع الشغل لمدة عامين لإخفائه المسروقات.
وصدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار محمد أحمد الجندي، رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية المستشارين أيمن عبد الخالق راشد، ومحمد أحمد صبري، رئيسي محكمة استئناف القاهرة.
وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة في القضية رقم 85 لسنة 2023 قسم جنايات 15 مايو المقيدة برقم 1311 لسنة 2023 كلي حلوان، أن المتهم قام بخطف المجني عليه بالخداع، واستدراجه إلى مكان الواقعة بحيلة. أدى إليه، قاصدين إبعاده عن أعين أهله، وتمكنوا بهذه الوسيلة من الوصول إليه. إلى هدفهم.
