السجن المشدد 10 سنوات لمتهم بتزوير محرر رسمى فى سوهاج
قضت محكمة جنايات سوهاج، اليوم الثلاثاء، بمعاقبة المتهم “م.س.أ” بالسجن 10 سنوات لاتهامه بتزوير محرر رسمي بدائرة أول سوهاج.
وتعود أحداث القضية إلى عام 2023 في دائرة أول سوهاج، عندما اتهمت النيابة العامة المتهم بعدم شغل وظيفة عامة. وشارك هو وشخص آخر مجهول في تزوير محضر رسمي وهو شهادة التخرج الصادرة من كلية التمريض قائلين إنهم قاموا بتزويرها على خلاف الحقيقة وإزالتها مع البيانات المنسوبة للعاملين ومختومة بختم الشعار. الجمهورية لعرضه على مصلحة الأحوال المدنية بسوهاج. وبعد تقنين الإجراءات وإجراء التحقيقات، تم القبض على المتهم وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكاب الواقعة. وأحيلت القضية إلى محكمة الجنايات التي أصدرت حكمها السابق.
