ويتضمن قانون المؤسسات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر ضوابط تتعلق بتعديل أوضاع المشاريع القائمة ضمن الاقتصاد الموازي، حيث تتولى الهيئة أو الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة المفوضة من قبلها مسؤولية إصدار التراخيص المؤقتة للمشاريع العاملة في الاقتصاد غير الرسمي.
ويقدم طلب الحصول على هذا الترخيص لتسوية أوضاع المشروعات وفقا لأحكام القانون، على ألا تزيد مدة الترخيص المؤقت على خمس سنوات. يمنح الترخيص المؤقت لمشروعات الاقتصاد غير المنظم التي تتقدم بطلبات توفيق أوضاعها خلال مدة لا تزيد على سنة من تاريخ العمل باللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إجراءات وشروط تقديم طلبات تعديل الأوضاع، وضوابط قبولها، وشروط منح الترخيص المؤقت. ويجوز للوزير المختص تمديد المدة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة لمدد أخرى أو تحديد فترات جديدة لتقديم طلبات تعديل الأوضاع، بناء على اقتراح الجهة.
