المشدد 6 سنوات لصاحب مغسلة لإتجاره فى المواد المخدرة بالإسكندرية
قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية بمعاقبة المتهم “م م م” غيابيا بالسجن المشدد 6 سنوات وتغريمه مبلغ مائة ألف جنيه ومصادرة المخدرات المضبوطة والسلاح الأبيض وإلزامه بالمصاريف الجنائية، لاتهامه بالاتجار في المواد المخدرة.
تعود أحداث القضية المسجلة رقم 7465 لسنة 2023 جنايات قسم شرطة المنتزة قسم ثالث، إلى أن تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطارا من ضباط قسم شرطة المنتزة قسم ثالث، باعتقال المتهم وبحوزتهم كمية من المواد المخدرة بمكتب القسم.
وكشفت التحريات أن المتهم «م م م» صاحب مغسلة، يقوم بالاتجار في المواد المخدرة. وتم الحصول على إذن من النيابة العامة بالقبض عليه. وبعد تنفيذ القرار، انتقلت قوة إلى مكان وجوده وشاهدته يحمل في يده علبة سجائر. وبتفتيشه عثر بداخله على قطعة من السجائر. حشيش، بالإضافة إلى عدد 2 كيس بلاستيكي شفاف من مادة الميثامفيتامين، وسلاح أبيض، ومبلغ مالي، وهاتف محمول. وبمواجهته اعترف بحيازة مواد مخدرة بقصد الاتجار، ومبالغ مالية من عائدات البيع، وهاتف محمول للتواصل مع عملائه، وسلاح أبيض لحماية نشاطه الإجرامي. تم تحرير محضر بالواقعة، وتولت النيابة التحقيق، وقررت إحالته إلى محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية التي أصدرت حكمها.
