أفادت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية بزيادة كبيرة في هجمات المستوطنين بالضفة الغربية، وذلك في أول شهرين من الحرب الدائرة بقطاع غزة.
وقال موقع “ذا تايمز أوف إسرائيل” نقلا عن أرقام خاصة بجهاز الأمن العام الإسرائيلي “الشاباك”، إن أول شهرين من الحرب الدائرة في قطاع غزة، شهدا زيادة بنسبة 54 في المئة بهجمات المستوطنين في الضفة الغربية.
وأشار الموقع إلى أرقام نشرتها إذاعة الجيش الإسرائيلي، قالت إنه خلال الفترة الواقعة بين 7 أكتوبر و3 ديسمبر، نفذ المستوطنون الإسرائيليون201هجوم.وتم تصنيف 136 من هذه الحوادث على أنها “هجمات عنيفة أو رشق حجارة” ضد الفلسطينيين،وسجلت 35 حادثة استهداف للمزارعين أو الأراضي الزراعية الفلسطينية.
كذلك سجت 21 حادثة تضمنت محاولات لإشعال النار في منازل أو سيارات الفلسطينيين، أو محاولات لإلحاق أذى جسدي بهم.
وكانت هناك 9 من هذه الحوادث عبارة عن هجمات على قوات الأمن الإسرائيلية،بما في ذلك الحالات التي جاءت فيها القوات الإسرائيلية لفضّ مواجهات بين المستوطنين والفلسطينيين، ثم انقلب المستوطنون عليهم.
