السجن المؤبد للمتهم بقتل شقيق زوجته بسبب الميراث بالشرقية
عاقبت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية، برئاسة المستشار أحمد الشهاوي رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية المستشارين نصر حسن ومحمد مصطفى، وأمانة سر محمد إبراهيم، بالسجن المؤبد. واتهم بقتل شقيق زوجته بسبب خلافات على الميراث في مركز أبو كبير.
وشهدت جلسة اليوم ممثلي الدفاع عن المتهم والمجني عليه، حيث مثل المجني عليه المحامي محمد حسيني، ومثل المتهم المحامي أشرف فهمي المعين من قبل المحكمة.
تعود أحداث القضية رقم 12969 لسنة 2023 جناية قسم شرطة أبو كبير والمسجلة برقم 1980 لسنة 2023 شمال الزقازيق، إلى 25 يوليو الماضي، عندما قررت النيابة العامة إحالة المتهم أشرف هم 40 سنة نقاش ومقيم بمركز أبو كبير، للمحاكمة الجنائية. وبمحكمة جنايات الزقازيق، اتهم بقتل شقيق زوجته المجنى عليه مجدي متولي محمد محمد 35 سنة سائق دراجة نارية، بسبب خلافات بين المتهم وزوجته بسبب قيامها بتحرير محضر بعد خروجها من المنزل. المنزل لأن المتهمة دفعت لها المال للحصول على نصيبها من الميراث من أسرتها، حيث ذهبت المتهمة إلى المنزل وقتلت أسرتها وشقيقها هناك.
وجاء في أمر الإحالة أن المتهم تعمد قتل المجني عليه مع سبق الإصرار والترصد، وذلك بطعنه باستخدام سلاح أبيض (سكين)، قاصداً إزهاق حياته، وبالتالي إحداث الإصابات المذكورة في تقرير التشريح به، مما أدى إلى وفاته. ، كما تبين من التحقيقات.
