محافظ أسيوط يبحث وضع خطة لمواجهة ظاهرة انتشار الكلاب الضالة بالعديد من مراكز ومدن المحافظة
بحث اللواء عصام سعد محافظ أسيوط وضع خطة جادة لمواجهة ظاهرة انتشار الكلاب الضالة بالعديد من مراكز ومدن المحافظة بالتنسيق بين مديرية الطب البيطري ومسئولي الأحياء والمراكز ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني وكافة الجهات المعنية لتوفير الحماية للمواطنين من الكلاب الضالة حفاظًا على أمنهم وسلامتهم وذلك من خلال التعريف بالطرق الآمنة والإنسانية واستخدامها في التعامل مع ظاهرة انتشار الكلاب الضالة وفقًا للمعايير المتبعة والمنظمة لذلك ويأتي ذلك في إطار جهود المحافظة للتعامل المناسب مع مشكلة انتشار الكلاب الضالة … جاء ذلك خلال لقاءه مع الدكتور صلاح علي قطب مدير مديرية الطب البيطري بأسيوط.
ووجه محافظ أسيوط – خلال اللقاء – بوضع تصور عملي ومدروس من كافة النواحي للدفع بجهود وخطة المحافظة في مجابهة مشكلة الكلاب الضالة مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الالتزام بالمنهج الدولي والقوانين التي تستهدف حلولا عملية وعلمية للمشكلة بشكل مناسب قانونًا وإنسانيًا موضحًا أن مديرية الطب البيطري لديها خطة لمواجهة الظاهرة وأن المحافظة تعمل على دعم هذه الخطة وتوفير أوجه الدعم المختلفة بالتعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني وكلية الطب البيطري التي يتوافر لديها العنصر البحثي والأكاديمي.
وكلف المحافظ مديرية الطب البيطري بتكثيف الحملات والمرور على كافة المناطق والأحياء السكنية على مستوى المحافظة لرصد أماكن إنتشار الكلاب والتعامل معها بالشكل المطلوب بما يساهم في الحفاظ على أمن وسلامة المواطنين والأهالي وخاصة الأطفال وشدد على ضرورة توعية المواطنين بالتعامل المناسب والسليم في حالة الشك في وجود كلاب ضالة مسعورة أو التعرض لواقعة عقر وإعلامه بأليات التواصل السريعة لضمان سلامة الأطفال وكبار السن والتأكيد على أهمية الابلاغ عن الوقائع وأن المواطن الشريك الأهم في مجابهة مثل هذه المشكلات.
من جانبه أوضح مدير مديرية الطب البيطري إنه تم وضع خطة عاجلة لمواجهة ظاهرة انتشار الكلاب الضالة حيث جاري تشكيل لجان من المديرية وجميع الإدارات البيطرية بنطاق مراكز ومدن المحافظة للمرور ميدانيًا 3 مرات في الأسبوع لمتابعة الكلاب الضالة ورصدها والابلاغ عن أية اشتباه للإصابة بمرض السعار فضلًا عن التواصل مع جميعات المجتمع المدني المعنية بحقوق الحيوان لإجراء عمليات تحصين بلقاح السعار وعمليات التعقيم وإعداد فرق من الطب البيطرى والمجتمع المدني وتدريبها على أعلى مستوى للمشاركة بفاعلية في حملات التحصين والتنسيق مع كلية الطب البيطري للمعاونة العلمية في عمل تعقيم الكلاب الأمر الذي يظهر أثره على المدى البعد في الحد من زيادة أعداد الكلاب الضالة بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع الوحدات المحلية لإزالة أية تجمعات للقمامة بصفة دورية وخاصة في أماكن تجمعات المواطنين والمدارس والمصالح الحكومية علاوة على تنفيذ حملات رفع الوعي لدى المواطنين والطلاب في المدارس بطريقة التعامل مع الكلاب الضالة في الشوارع وكيفية التصرف في حالة حدوث العقر وذلك بالتعاون والتنسيق بين جميعات المجتمع المدني وإدارة الإرشاد بالمديرية.
