وزير الموارد المائية والرى يلتقى بالعاملين برى قنا والأقصر ويتفقد أملاك الرى والمباني الإدارية

تفقدلدكتور/ هانى سويلم وزير الموارد المائية والرى مقر مبنى هندسة ري إسنا موجها بإجراء أعمال الصيانة اللازمة للمبنى ، كما تفقد سيادته مبنى إدارة قناطر اسنا الجديدة ، وإدارة الأملاك بالوجه القبلي ، وتفقد المستشفي والنادي المقامان على أملاك الرى بإسنا ، حيث وجه الدكتور سويلم للسيدة المهندسة/ رئيس قطاع التفتيش الفني والمالي والإداري لبحث تطوير استغلال أملاك الرى الواقعة أمام مبنى هندسة ري إسنا ، ودراسة زيادة إيرادات الوزارة من هذه الأملاك ، وسرعة إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة للتعامل مع المخالفات الإدارية التى تم رصدها فى إستغلال أملاك الري بالمستشفى والنادى .
وخلال لقاءه بالعاملين برى قنا والأقصر .. أكد الدكتور سويلم على أهمية زيادة معدلات تحصيل المستحقات الخاصة بالوزارة لتمكين الوزارة من زيادة المكافآت التحفيزية للعاملين بها ، كما شدد سيادته علي تطبيق معايير وآليات التحفيز والمكافآت لتحقيق عدالة توزيع المكافآت والحوافز علي جميع المستويات الوظيفية بالوزارة ، والعمل على زيادة مكافأة نهاية الخدمة للعاملين بالوزارة .
كما وجه بتطوير فرع مركز التدريب الإقليمى بإسنا لتوفير المزيد من الدورات التدريبية المتميزة للعاملين بمحافظات الوجه القبلى .
