يجتمع البنك المركزي المصري غدًا الخميس 1 فبراير 2023 لحسم أسعار الفائدة بعد أن تم الإبقاء على سعر الإقراض لليلة واحدة عند 20.25 %، في حين بقي سعر الفائدة على الودائع لليلة واحدة عند 19.25%خلال آخر اجتماع للبنك.
يشار إلى أن مجلس إدارة البنك المركزي المصري أصدر مجموعة من القرارات تتضمن إعفاء العملاء من كافة المصروفات والعمولات الخاصة بخدمات التحويلات البنكية للأفراد التي تتم من خلال القنوات الإلكترونية(الإنترنت والموبيل البنكي)بالجنيه المصري،وكذلك الإعفاء من كافة المصروفات والعمولات الخاصة بخدمات التحويلات لعملاء المنظومة الوطنية للمدفوعات اللحظية.
وتأتي هذه القرارات–التي تم تفعيلها اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2024-استمرارًا لجهود البنك المركزي المصري في تحفيز المواطنين على استخدام الخدمات المالية الرقمية، والاستفادة بما تقدمه من مميزات لإنجاز الخدمات المالية بسرعة ومن أي مكان وفي أي وقت، بما يساهم في التحول لمجتمع أقل اعتمادًا على أوراق النقد وتعزيز الشمول المالي.
- وجدير بالذكر أن المنظومة الوطنية للمدفوعات اللحظية-التي تم إطلاقها في إبريل 2022-تعد من أهم مشروعات البنية التحتية لنظم الدفع التي يرعاها البنك المركزي، لتكون بديلًا متكاملًا للمدفوعات النقدية يتيح كافة خدمات التحويلات للعملاء لحظيًا طوال أيام الأسبوع على مدار 24 ساعة.وقد شهدت المنظومة زيادة كبيرة في حجم المعاملات المنفذة من خلالها–بلغت 404 مليون معاملة بقيمة 815 مليار جنيه في عام 2023 من خلال تطبيق انستا باي (InstaPay)وقنوات البنك الإلكترونية-ووصل عدد مستخدمي الخدمة لما يزيد عن 6.5 مليون عميل.
