بعد فوز محافظة الإسكندرية في مبادرة وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية “حوافز تميز الأداء في إدارة الاستثمار العام على المستوى المحلي”، كرم اللواء محمد الشريف #محافظ_الإسكندرية اليوم، قيادات وتنفيذيين المحافظة القائمين على المبادرة، تقديرًا لمجهوداتهم المبذولة في جعل الإسكندرية ضمن المحافظات الأكثر تميزًا على مستوى الجمهورية.
جاء ذلك بحضور الدكتورة جاكلين عازر نائب المحافظ، واللواء خالد جمعة السكرتير العام بالمحافظة، والأستاذة ابتهال دويدار منسق عام المبادرة، والسادة مديري التخطيط بالمحافظة والأحياء والجهات المشاركة.وقدم اللواء محمد الشريف الشكر إلى جميع قيادات محافظة الإسكندرية وفريق العمل المشارك في تنفيذ تلك المبادرة الرائدة، مؤكدًا أن المحافظة تمتلك كوادر بشرية متميزة.وأكد الشريف على الدعم الكامل الذي توليه القيادة السياسية لمحافظة الإسكندرية في ظل توجيهات فخامة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، والذي تمت ترجمته في تنفيذ كم هائل من المشروعات القومية، وضخ الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة لإقامة المشروعات التنموية لتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطن السكندري.وأوضح أن المبادرة تعد من أهم مبادرات وزارة التخطيط التي تهدف إلى تحسين كفاءة وفاعلية الإنفاق العام على المستوى المحلي، وتشجيع المحافظات على تطبيق أفضل الممارسات الدولية في مجالات التخطيط والمتابعة وتقييم الأداء، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المحلية المقدمة للمواطنين، وتطوير آليات تخصيص الاستثمارات العامة على المستوى المحلي في إطار من الشفافية والمساءلة.
