صرح الدكتور عادل عبدالعظيم رئيس مركز البحوث الزراعية، بأن المركز ممثلا في أكاديمية البرامج التدريبية المتكاملة والشهادات المهنية سينظم بالتعاون مع المركز الدولي للبحوث الزراعية في المناطق الجافة (إيكاردا) ورشة عمل بعنوان “الآفاق المستقبلية للتوسع في تطبيق التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتعزيز الإنتاجية والتكيف مع تغير المناخ في مصر”.وقالت الدكتورة كريمان دياب، وكيل معهد بحوث التناسليات والمدير التنفيذي للأكاديمية، أن فعاليات الورشة ستنطلق صباح غدا الأربعاء بالقاعة الرئيسية لمركز البحوث الزراعية بالجيزة، مشيرة أن الورشة ستناقش الآفاق المستقبلية لتطبيق التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مجال الزراعة من أجل زيادة الإنتاجية من مختلف المحاصيل الزراعية خصوصاً تحت ظروف التغيرات المناخية.ومن جانبها، أشارت الدكتورة هالة أبويوسف، وكيل المعمل المركزي للمبيدات ومسئول برامج الشهادات المهنية بالأكاديمية، أن الورشة ستعقد برعاية رئيس مركز البحوث الزراعية الدكتور عادل عبدالعظيم، والدكتور علاء الحموي الممثل الإقليمي للمركز الدولي للبحوث الزراعية في المناطق الجافة بمصر.
وأوضحت أبويوسف، أنه سيحاضر في الورشة خبراء من المركز الدولي للبحوث الزراعية في المناطق الجافة (إيكاردا) ومركز البحوث الزراعية.
