الخارجية تبذل جهوداً مكثفة بالتنسيق مع السلطات السعودية لمتابعة عمليات البحث عن المواطنين المصريين المفقودين أثناء أداء مناسك فريضة الحج

صرح السفير أحمد أبو زيد المتحدث الرسمى ومدير إدارة الدبلوماسية العامة بوزارة الخارجية، بأنه بناء على توجيهات من السيد سامح شكرى وزير الخارجية للقطاع القنصلى بالوزارة وبعثات مصر الدبلوماسية والقنصلية فى المملكة العربية السعودية، فإن أجهزة الوزارة المعنية تبذل جهوداً مكثفة بالتعاون مع سلطات المملكة العربية السعودية لمتابعة عمليات البحث عن المواطنين المصريين المفقودين بين صفوف الحجاج المصريين، وما تواتر عن وقوع أعداد من الوفيات خلال موسم الحج الحالى.
فقد قامت السفارة المصرية فى الرياض بإيفاد بعثة قنصلية إلى مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة للوقوف على تطورات الوضع الراهن ومتابعة جهود البحث عن كافة المفقودين من المواطنين المصريين بالتنسيق مع السلطات السعودية، وإجراء الزيارات الميدانية للمستشفيات والمراكز الطبية التى يتواجد بها مواطنون مصريون للإطمئنان على أوضاعهم والتأكد من حصولهم على الرعاية الطبية اللازمة، إضافة إلى إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الخاصة بنقل جثامين المواطنين الذين وافتهم المنية، ويرغب ذويهم فى إعادة جثامينهم إلى أرض الوطن. كما تقوم البعثة القنصلية بالتنسيق الدائم والمستمر فى هذا الشأن مع بعثة الحج الرسمية المصرية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
وكشف المتحدث الرسمى، بأن القنصلية المصرية فى جدة قامت بتدشين غرفة طوارىء تعمل على مدار ال٢٤ ساعة، لإستقبال إتصالات السادة المواطنين ممن إنقطعت الاتصالات بينهم وبين ذويهم فى مكة المكرمة أو المدينة المنورة أو المشاعر المقدسة، وقد خصصت رقم الهاتف التالى لإستقبال إتصالات المواطنين:

ومن ناحية أخرى، قام القطاع القنصلى بوزارة الخارجية المصرية بتدشين غرفة عمليات تعمل على مدار ال٢٤ ساعة لإستقبال كافة إتصالات المواطنين الخاصة بطلب البحث عن المفقودين أو شحن جثامين ذويهم ممن وافتهم المنية. ويمكن لمن يرغب فى المتابعة، التوجه مباشرة إلى مقر وزارة الخارجية الكائن بعمارة إيزيس بجاردن سيتى (7 شارع لاظوغلى – الدور الأول)، أو الإتصال على أرقام هواتف غرفة العمليات التالية:
