تناقلت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عددا من المنشورات في الساعات الماضية عن اختراق شركة “فودافون كاش” في مصر، وأن رصيد العملاء المالي في المحفظة تم سحبه بشكل مفاجئ وسط حالة من القلق.

وزعم بعض المستخدمين أن هناك هاكرا ضرب خدمة المحفظة في شركة “فودافون كاش” ما أثار حالة من القلق والخوف بين المستخدمين.
وردت شركة “فودافون” عبر صفحتها الرسمية في منصة “إكس” للتواصل الاجتماعي (تويتر سابقا)، على شكاوى عملاء “فودافون كاش” التي انتشرت على السوشيال ميديا، حيث اشتكى عدد كبير من المستخدمين من نقص وسحب أموالهم من خدمة محفظة “فودافون كاش” دون معرفة السبب.
وذكرت شركة “فودافون” في منشورها، بعد انتشار الشكاوى على نطاق واسع، قائلة: “هناك تحديثات تتم حاليا على خدمة محفظة “فودافون كاش” وجار العمل على حلها، كما وجهت الشركة اعتذارها للعملاء”.
من جهته أكد مصدر مسؤول في قطاع الاتصالات المصري أن خدمة “الكاش” تعود للعمل وجميع حسابات وأرصدة العملاء بأمان، مشيرا إلى أن “خدمة “فودافون كاش” عادت منذ قليل وهي تعمل بشكل جيد بعد العطل الفني الذي حدث بالخدمة صباح اليوم”.
وأوضح المصدر لـ”بوابة الأهرام” أن العطل الذي حدث صباح اليوم كان بجميع المحفظات الإلكترونية وليست في محفظة “فودافون” فقط. وأرجع المصدر سبب ذلك لقيام الشركة المسؤولة عن تحويل الأموال (شركة وسيطة بين العميل ومقدمي الخدمة) بعمل تحديثات لأنظمة تشغيلها مما أثر على الخدمة بكل محفظات شركات الاتصالات.
وأكد المصدر أن الخدمة تعمل الآن بشكل جيد ولم يتم سحب أي مبالغ مالية من أرصدة العملاء وأن الحسابات بسلامة ومؤمنة جدا.
