كتب شعبان انس حموده في إطار تكليفات الدكتور محمد هاني غنيم محافظ بني سويف باستمرار جهود ضبط الأسواق ومواجهة كافة صور الغش التجاري أو التلاعب بالأسعار ومحاولات احتكار السلع الأساسية بهدف ضمان توافر السلع بمختلف أنواعها بكميات كافية وبأسعار مناسبة لجمهور المواطنين، على أن تشمل تلك الحملات المخابز ومستودعات البوتاجاز ومحطات الوقود، وتضم كافة الجهات المعنية لاتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات قانونية وإجراءات رادعة وفقا للقانون.
وفي هذا السياق قامت مديرية التموين _تحت إشراف المهندس وصفي عبد الله وكيل الوزارة _ بتنظيم حملة تفتيشية على عدد من المخابز بقرية ميدوم ، اسفرت عن تحرير 19 محضرا لمخالفات تم رصدها ، شملت : 6 محاضر لإنتاج خبز غير مطابق للمواصفات ، و4 نقص وزن،5عدم إعلان عن مواعيد التشغيل ، 2 عدم إعطاء بون، 2 محضر لعدم نظافة أدوات العجين وعدم وجود ميزان حساس
كما قامت الحملة بالمرور على الأسواق والأنشطة التجارية والبدالين التموينين بمركز الواسطى ، أسفر عن تحرير 7 محاضر لمخالفات متنوعة ،تضمنت عرض وبيع أعلاف مجهولة المصدر ، والتحفظ على 2 طن ذرة مجروشة ، ومحضر لبيع مقرمشات مجهولة المصدر والتحفظ على نصف طن ، ومحضر لعرض وبيع سلع غذائية غير معلوم مصدرها،والتحفظ على طن أرز، ومحضر لبدال”بقال” تمويني لتصرفه في طن ونصف سكر تمويني ، و500 زجاجة زيت 800مللي مخصص للبطاقات ، و3 محاضر لمحلات وأنشطة تجارية “مبيدات زراعية” لعدم الإعلان عن الأسع
