تبدأ الأحد ولمدة 5 أيام : محافظ بني سويف يتابع استعدادات التعليم تدريب 1455 ضمن مسابقة 30 ألف معلم من المرحلة الثانية وتظلمات الأولى
متابعة وتغطية شعبان انس حموده ناقش الدكتور محمد هاني غنيم محافظ بني سويف،مع مسؤولي التربية والتعليم، الإجراءات التي تنفذها المديرية ضمن استعداداتها لبدء تدريب وتأهيل المعلمين والمعلمات المقبولين ضمن مسابقة 30 ألف معلم على وظيفة معلم ورياض الأطفال بالمرحلة الثانية وتظلمات المرحلة الأولى ،وذلك قبل بداية العام الدراسي الجديد 2024/2025
حيث أعلن الأستاذ هاني عنتر وكيل الوزارة ،أنه تقرر بدء التدريب اعتباراً من الأحد المقبل وحتى الخميس 19 الشهر الجاري ،تحت إشراف غادة عبد الرؤوف مدير إدارة التدريب،مشيرا إلى أن التدريب يتم عقده “على مدار5 أيام” داخل بعض المدارس والمنشآت التعليمية بمدينة بني سويف ،حيث تقرر أن يكون مقر تدريب تخصص مادة العلوم ورياض الأطفال بمدرسة الشهيد هشام كمال طعمه الثانوية ( النيل سابقآ ) بينما تحدد مقر مدرسة الشهيد نور الدين عبد العزيز الثانوية العسكرية لمادتي ” اللغة العربية والرياضيات ” ، فيما تم تخصيص مدرسة الشهيد محمد جابر قصلة لمادتي ” الدراسات الاجتماعية واللغة الإنجليزية ”
كما أشار وكيل التعليم إلى تكليفاته للقائمين على التدريب بتوفير كافة أوجه الدعم الفني والتيسيرات اللازمة لعقد التدريب والخروج بالشكل المطلوب لتحقيق الاستفادة منه ،مضيفا بأنه تم تحديد أماكن التدريب لاستقبال ما يزيد عن 1455 معلما ومعلمة ضمن المرحلة الثانية وتظلمات المرحلة الأولى لمسابقة 30 ألف معلم والذي يأتي في إطار التنمية المهنية للمعلمين بهدف تأهيل المعلمين وتدريبهم على طرق التدريس المطورة وفقاً لمنظومة التعليم الجديد
من جانبها أشارت غادة عبد الرؤوف مدير إدارة التدريب بالمديرية إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي يتضمن عدة محاور رئيسية أبرزها ( تخطيط الدرس ، استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم ، إدارة الصف ، التقويم ، التعامل مع طلاب الدمج )
