ليس بالغريب على القيمة العلمية و هو :
دكتور / احمد كامل حامد نعيم ان يخرج علينا بعد فترة ليست بالطويلة لكي يفاجئ اهل الاقتصاد و يقدم طرح متميز للغاية في توضيح رؤية معاليه من خلال كتاب و هو بعنوان “دور السياسة المالية في تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي”
و الدكتور احمد كامل حامد نعيم هو المحاضر المنتدب بكلية القانون جامعة ابو ظبي و عضو الجمعية المصرية للاقتصاد السياسي و الاحصاء و التشريع.. كما ان له باع كبير جدا في الشأن القانوني داخل وخارج مصر و هو الان للاسف بدولة الامارات الشقيقة…لا اتأسف لانه بدولة شقيقة يقدم لها خبرته الكبيره…
لكن تأسفي هذا بسبب عدم الاستفادة من كل متميز مصري يعيش بالخارج ان تستقطبه الدولة لكي ننهل من علمه المتميز الذي من الممكن ان يكون سببا في حدوث طفرة للارتقاء بالدولة كلا في مجال علمه…
وهذا للاسف ما نفتقده و هو عدم استغلال الكوادر المصرية داخل مصر…
فأنا اتمنى و لي رجاء حقيقي من الدولة المصرية وهو :
استدعاء كل متميز خارج مصر لكي يعود الى حضن الوطن لكي نستفيد من تميزه العلمي ….
كما اقدم دعوة من القلب ايضا الى الدكتور احمد كامل حامد نعيم لكي يعود و يقوم بتقديم خبرته للوطن من خلال نشر علومه و مؤلفاته القيمة والتي تم نشرها في دولة الامارات الشقيقة…
الدكتور احمد كامل حامد نعيم يعلم عنه من خلال المقربين منه… انه قيمة و قامة علمية كبيرة مع تواضع جم واخلاق عالية في تعامله مع الجميع بل يقوم بتقديم الخدمات و مساندة كل من يلجأ اليه خارج و داخل مصر….
بالتوفيق دكتور احمد كامل حامد نعيم واقول لمعاليك اولا الف مبروك على تأليف هذا الكتاب القيم للغاية و ثانيا ننتظر حضرتك داخل مصر لتقديم كل جديد و مفيد….

نحن لا ندعم أشخاص… ولكن ندعم وطن نتمنى ازدهاره…
لان الاشخاص زائلون و يبقى الوطن شاهد على الجميع…
