قال اللواء دكتور هشام أبو النصر محافظ أسيوط، أن الأجهزة التنفيذية تواصل جهودها لتطوير ورفع كفاءة الطرق الرئيسية والفرعية ضمن خطة المحافظة لإضفاء المظهر الجمالي وتسهيل النقل والانتقال للمواطنين وتيسير حركة المركبات وتحقيق أعلى معدلات السلامة والأمان وتقليل أخطار التعرض للحوادث من خلال تطوير ورفع كفاءة البنية التحتية تحقيقاً لأحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030.
وأوضح محافظ أسيوط أن الوحدة المحلية لمركز ومدينة أبوتيج بقيادة محمد حسن الديب رئيس المركز قد قامت بأعمال رصف شوارع منطقة الشيخ منصور وشوارع منطقة قبلي البلد بمدينة أبوتيج تحت إشراف رئيس المركز ومشاركة مؤمن جابر مدير الإشغالات بمركز أبوتيج لرفع الإشغالات من الطريق ومتابعة وتيسير الحركة المرورية خلال فترة أعمال الرصف موجهاً بسرعة الإنتهاء من أعمال الرصف، وتسريع وتيرة العمل مع الإلتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير الفنية ووفقاً للجدول الزمني المحدد بما يُسهم في تحسين شبكة الطرق الرئيسية والفرعية وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة.
