تفقد”اليوم”اللواء سامي علام السكرتير العام المساعد،سير العمل بمشروع محور الفشن الحرعلى النيل،وذلك في إطار توجيهات المحافظ د.محمد هاني غنيم بالمتابعة المستمرة للمشروعات القومية والتنموية والخدمية التي يتم تنفيذها بقرى ومراكز المحافظة ، لتوفير أوجه الدعم اللازمة لتسريع وتيرة العمل بها ودخولها الخدمة، بما يعود بالنفع على المواطنين
رافق السكرتير العام المساعد في الزيارة كل من:علي حماد رئيس مركز ومدينة الفشن ،محمد بكري رئيس مركز ومدينة ببا ،ومسؤولى الجهات التنفيذية المعنية من الطرق والكباري والري والوحدة المحلية وشركات المرافق ، وإدارة المتابعة بديوان عام المحافظة
واطلع السكرتير العام المساعد على سير العمل على أرض الواقع، للوقوف على معدلات الإنجاز بالأعمال الإنشائية المنفذة على مكونات وقطاعات المحور،وناقش مع القائمين على الأعمال، الموقف التنفيذي في كافة قطاعات ومراحل المشروع،في الجزء الخاص بكوبري الصحراوي الشرقي وكباري التقاطع مع نهر النيل ومع الطريق الزراعي الغربي وترعة الإبراهيمية والسكة الحديد وأعمال الطرق شرق النيل
كما أشارالسكرتير العام المساعد إلى أن هذه الزيارة تأتي تنفيذا لتوجيهات المحافظ”د.محمد هاني غنيم”باستمرارمتابعة سير العمل بالمحور، وتذليل المعوقات لضمان انتظام العمل وتعزيز التنسيق بين أجهزة المحافظة والوزارة لسرعة الانتهاء من المشروع الجاري تنفيذه بطول 27 كم، وعرضه 22 متر،(2حارة مرورية)، ويشمل 25 عملاً صناعياً لحل التقاطعات مع الطرق الفرعية والترع والمصارف وتشمل 19 كوبري منها 5 كباري رئيسية وهي (على الطريق الصحراوي الشرقي ، أعلى المجرى المائي للنيل ، على ترعة الإبراهيمية وسكك حديد مصر القاهرة / أسوان الزراعي الغربي ، كوبري على بحر يوسف والصحراوي الغربي) ، بجانب عدد من الأنفاق على مدقات زراعية.
جدير بالذكر أن مشروع المحور يعد شرياناً للتنمية وإضافة هامة في مجال تدعيم البنية التحتية ويخدم حركة الاستثمار ،بجانب تسهيل حركة النقل والبضائع بين ضفتي النيل وربط المحاور المرورية الطولية وزيادة فرص العبور بين شرق وغرب النيل كل 25 كم، لتوسطه محوري عدلي منصور شمالا وبنى مزار جنوباً، بجانب تحقيق معدلات السلامة والأمان من خلال إنشاء طريق آمن يخدم مراكز الفشن وببا وسمسطا ، ويكون بديلاً مثالياً عن الوسائل التقليدية
