أكدت وكالة الاستخبارات الأوكرانية أن روسيا تشن حربا نفسية ومعلوماتية واسعة ضد أوكرانيا من خلال نشر تحذير زائف من المفترض أنه من المخابرات العسكرية الأوكرانية بشات هجوم جوى جماعى وشيك
وقالت المديرية الرئيسية للاستخبارات فى بيان يتم نشر رسالة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حول التهديد بضربة صاروخية محتملة وقنابل ضخمة بشكل خاص ع المدن الأوكرانية اليوم
وأضافت بأن هذه الرسالة مزيفة وتحتوى ع أخطاء نحوية نموذجية للمعلومات الروسية والعمليات النفسية
فيما اغلقت الولايات المتحدة سفارتها فى كييف صباح اليوم الأربعاء بسبب معلومات محددة عن هجوم جوى كبير محتمل وسط قلق فى العاصمة بشأن رد روسى محتمل بعد يوم من ضربة أوكرانية كبيرة
وقالت السفارتان الإيطالية واليونانية انهما اغلقتا ابوابهما أيضا بعد التحذير الأمريكي غير المعتاد فى حين ظلت السفارة الفرنسية مفتوحة لكنها حثت مواطنيها ع توخى الحذر
فيما انطلقت صفارات الانذار من الغارات الجوية لفترة وجيزة فى كييف بعد الظهر حيث طلبت القوات الجوية من المواطنين البحث عن ملاجىء بسبب تهديد صاروخى
