متحدث الصحة: الدولة بدأت تطبيق مفهوم حق المواطن فى الكمال البدنى
قال الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الصحة، إن الكشف عن إنجازات وزارة الصحة والسكان التي عرضتها الوزارة في مؤتمر قصة وطن عما شهده القطاع الصحي في مصر لم يكن ليحدث إلا إذا كان هناك مقاربة للدولة المصرية يدعمها رئيس الدولة، وهو الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بالطبع. إن مفهوم “الصحة” من “حق المواطن في العلاج” إلى حق المواطن في الكمال المدني والجسدي والاجتماعي هو التعريف الرفيع للصحة، وفي ظل هذا التوجه تدفقت الإنجازات”.
وضرب عبد الغفار خلال مداخلة في برنامج “كلمة أخيرة” الذي تقدمه الإعلامية لميس الحديدي المذاع على قناة ON، مثالا على ذلك مع حالة فيروس سي، والتي توشك مصر على الحصول على شهادة إصابته بها. صحية عالية بأنها خالية من الفيروس، بعد أن كانت مصر من أعلى معدلات انتشار المرض في العالم، حيث تشملها. النجاح في ذلك يعتمد على تغيير مفهوم قضية التهاب الكبد الوبائي سي من فكرة تقديم وتوفير العلاج إلى استهدافه والقضاء عليه ليس فقط بتوفير العلاج بل بتصنيعه، وحملة 100 مليون صحة وهي أكبر حملة في العالم، حققت نجاحاً كبيراً في هذا الصدد.
وتابع: “المفهوم الحديث للدولة هو أن تتحول الدولة من تقديم كافة الخدمات إلى تنظيم الخدمة والتوسع مع كافة القطاعات لجميع الشرائح سواء الخاصة أو المدنية أو غير ذلك، تماماً كما هو مفهوم نظام التأمين الصحي الجديد “.
وأشار إلى أن العمل سيستمر خلال الفترة المقبلة من خلال زيادة المدن الطبية وتوسيع المبادرات وزيادة عدد الأسرة في المستشفيات، إلى جانب الاهتمام بالقضية السكانية التي تعد المشكلة الأكبر بتغير الخصائص الإنجابية للسكان. المواطن المصري حتى لا تستمر الزيادة السكانية في تآكل عوائد التنمية. .
