ضبط 252 قضية مخدرات وتنفيذ 83 ألف حكم قضائى فى 24 ساعة
واصلت أجهزة وزارة الداخلية حملاتها الأمنية الموسعة في كافة مديريات الأمن، وتمكنت خلال 24 ساعة من ضبط (252) قضية مخدرات، و(190) سلاح ناري، وتنفيذ (83007) أحكام قضائية متنوعة.
وفي إطار استمرار الحملات الأمنية المكثفة لمواجهة أعمال البلطجة والقبض على الخارجين عن القانون وحائزي الأسلحة النارية والسكاكين، وإحكام الضبط الأمني.
ونصت المادة 33 من قانون العقوبات على أن يعاقب كل من يزاول الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة بالسجن المؤبد، وتبدأ بالسجن المشدد لمدة 3 سنوات، وحتى السجن المؤبد أو الإعدام في بعض الأحوال، والغرامة التي تصل إلى 100 ألف جنيه مصري. ولا تزيد على 500. ألف جنيه مصري في حالة تصدير أو استيراد أدوية أو أي شيء يتعلق بالمحاصيل الزراعية.
كما نص قانون العقوبات في المادة رقم 34 على أن عقوبة الاتجار بالمخدرات داخل المجتمع تصل إلى السجن المؤبد والإعدام بحسب وقائع القضية، وإذا كانت هناك ظروف مشددة للعقوبة مع عدم وجود ظروف مشددة لذلك..
وتخفف عقوبة الاتجار بالمخدرات إلى السجن لمدة سنة ولا تمتد إلى السجن لمدة 5 سنوات. وضرورة دفع غرامة لا تقل عن 200 جنيه ولا تصل إلى 5 آلاف جنيه. وذلك كله في حال كانت المواد المخدرة المضبوطة ضعيفة التخدير. والمواد المخدرة الطبيعية . وذلك بعد حصول المعمل الجنائي على تقرير بشأن المواد المخدرة التي تم ضبطها وممتلكات المتهمين الذين تم ضبطهم متلبسين..
