عقد المجلس التنفيذى لمحافظة مطروح برئاسة اللواء خالد شعيب محافظ مطروح بحضور اللواء أشرف إبراهيم السكرتير العام والعميد حاتم السبع السكرتير المساعد ورؤساء المدن ومديرى المديريات والادارات التنفيذيه المعنية
بدأ الاجتماع بتوجيه محافظ مطروح الشكر لجميع الجهات التنفيذية المعنية وتضافرها بالمعدات والأفراد في مواجهة أزمة السيول التى تعرضت لها مدينة مرسي مطروح مؤخرا، كما وجه الشكر لأهالى مطروح لوعيهم وتعاونهم مع الأجهزة التنفيذية وحسن إدارة الازمة بالمحافظة التى أشادت بها أجهزة الدولة والسيطرة عليها خلال 48ساعة.
كذلك الشكر لكافة أجهزة الدولة والوزارات المعنية على المتابعة على مدار الحدث و تقديم كافة الدعم للمحافظة
كما وجه محافظ مطروح لجميع الجهات بالاسراع في معاينة وانهاء تقرير السلامة الفنية خلال ٢٤ ساعة لجميع المعدات والسيارات بجميع مراكز المدن والقطاعات الخدمية ومراجعة كفاءتها والصلاحية الفنية والاعطال والإجراءات اللازمة مع تذليل العقبات لسرعة الصيانة والإصلاح للوصول الى كفاءة ١٠٠% وذلك قبل نهاية نوفمبر القادم
كما تم مناقشة الموافقة على قرارات تخصيص قطعة أرض بمساحة ٢٠٠٠ م٢ لإقامة مبنى الخدمات الوقائية بمنظومة التأمين الصحى الشامل بمدينة برانى ، وقطعة أرض بمساحة ٣٨٤ م٢ بمرسي مطروح لإقامة مبنى مركز وحدة تراخيص المحال العامة ،
قرار تخصيص لمساحة ١٧٠م٢ لإقامة مكتب بريد القصر غرب مدينة مرسي مطروح
وإعادة النظر في طلب تخصيص لمساحة ٩٠٠م٢ وتعديلها وفق النموذج لإقامة مكتب بريد بقرية زاوية العوامة بالضبعة
ومناقشة تخصيص اراضى لإقامة عمارات سكنية خلف البنك الاهلي ومكتب بريد بمدينة السلوم
مع الموافقة على قرار تخصيص لمساحة ٤٢٠م٢ لإنشاء مقر الإدارة التعليمية بمدينة السلوم ،ومساحة ٥٢٢٠م٢ لإنشاء مدرسة تعليم ثانوى صناعة بمدينة العلمين
ومساحة ٥ آلاف م٢ ناحية الرمل بمدينة سيوة لإقامة الإدارة الصحية والمبنى الوقائي ومركز الأسرة
وقرار تخصيص مساحة ٣٧٤٦٨م٢بالعلمين لإقامة موقف العلمين الإقليمي ومسجد ومنطقة خدمات للمنفعة العامة ،وتخصيص مساحة ٢٠٠٠ م٢ ببرانى لإقامة مبنى الخدمات الوقائية لمنطقة التأمين الصحى
كذلك تم عرض الإجمالي العام للخطة الاستثمارية للعام المالى ٢٠٢٣_ ٢٠٢٤ومتابعة أعمال الطرح والموقف التنفيذي والاسراع به بكافة القطاعات.
