انطلاق فعاليات مبادرة "حرفتك مهنتك" في مراكز الشباب والرياضة بدمياط
انطلقت فعاليات مبادرة “حرفتك مهنتك” داخل المراكز الشبابية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة دمياط بمشاركة أندية الفتيات والعمل التطوعي لدعم وتمكين الفتيات.
وتضمنت فعاليات المبادرة إقامة ورش عمل لتدريب الفتيات على الأعمال اليدوية والتطريز وبعض الأعمال الخشبية، بهدف إكساب الفتيات مهارات عمل مختلفة ومختلفة.
من جانبه، أوضح الدكتور وليد الشاذلي وكيل وزارة الشباب والرياضة بدمياط، أن مبادرة “حرفتك – مهنتك” تهدف إلى دعم الحرف اليدوية والتراث كجزء من الهوية الثقافية والشخصية المصرية، في بالإضافة إلى نشر ثقافة العمل الحر، وكذلك استثمار الطاقات والمهارات لرفع كفاءة النساء والفتيات لإقامة المشاريع الصغيرة. .
وتابع أن المبادرة تدعي أيضا التوجه نحو ريادة الأعمال وتأهيل الفتيات لسوق العمل من خلال توفير التدريب اللازم لتعلم حرفة تمكنهن من القيام بأعمالهن الخاصة، لافتا إلى أن ذلك ينعكس على تحسين دخلهن.
وشدد وكيل وزارة الشباب والرياضة بدمياط على أن هناك العديد من المبادرات التي تستهدف تمكين الفتيات وأبرزها مبادرة “ريحانة” البرنامج القيادي لدعم وتمكين الفتيات والذي تم إطلاقه لتقديم كافة الدعم اللازم من أجل تمكين الفتيات. تنمية مهارات الفتيات وتأهيلهن لسوق العمل بالشكل المطلوب.
وأضاف أن المديرية ستقوم بتنفيذ ورش عمل لهذه المبادرة بجميع مراكز دمياط لضمان وصولها إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من سكان المحافظة.
