كاتب صحفى: تكافل وكرامة لحماية المواطنين تحت خط الفقر من الانحدار لطرق غير مشروعة
أكد الصحفي عبد الرحمن البشاري، أن برنامج تكافل وكرامة يعتمد على الصرف النقدي للمواطنين تحت خط الفقر بجميع محافظات مصر، مع التركيز بشكل أكبر على الرقعة الجغرافية لمحافظات الصعيد، بالإضافة إلى توفير فرص العمل لهم. الفرص والأولوية في الحصول على القروض لإقامة مشاريع استثمارية أو شراء المعدات الإنتاجية، والإعفاء من… حصول أبنائهم على الرسوم الدراسية في كافة المراحل التعليمية، حتى المرحلة الجامعية.
وأضاف عبد الرحمن البشاري، خلال لقاء في برنامج ملفات الإذاعية على قناة النيل الأخبار، أن الانضمام لبرنامج تكافل وكرامة له عدة شروط، ومن أولويات هذه الشروط أن تكون الأسرة تحت خط الفقر ومن كبار السن الذين ليس لديهم ملفات تأمينية في القطاع الخاص أو العام، أو لديهم مصدر دخل ثابت، وأصحاب الهمم وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وأصحاب الأمراض المزمنة الذين ليس لديهم القدرة على العمل، والأرامل ومن تركوا عائلاتهم الأزواج، وكل هذا بالأدلة المستندية. ويتضمن برنامج تكافل وكرامة توفير فرص عمل مناسبة لجميع أفراد الأسرة، بما في ذلك الأعمال اليدوية والحرف المختلفة، ليصبحوا أسراً منتجة. .
وتطرق الصحفي عبد الرحمن البشاري إلى مشروع الحياة الكريمة الذي ساهم في إدخال مشروعات الصرف الصحي للعديد من القرى بمحافظات مصر والذي يعوض الفائدة ويحمي المواطنين من الأمراض والمعاناة الاقتصادية في تكلفة نقل خزانات الصرف الصحي وترميمها. وتطوير بعض المدارس، بالإضافة إلى ترميم بعض أهم المنازل. وقام المواطنون بإدخال مياه الشرب والإنترنت، مشيرين إلى المبادرة الصحية وأبرزها القضاء على فيروس سي الذي حققت مصر مكانة عالمية في انتشاره والذي يسبب تليف الكبد ويساهم في التعافي المعنوي والنفسي والاقتصادي. تدمير الأسرة بأكملها.
