تفاصيل رؤية المرشح الرئاسى حازم عمر لتطوير قطاع الصناعة ببرنامجه الانتخابى
يتضمن البرنامج الانتخابي للمرشح الرئاسي حازم عمر رؤيته لثلاثة محاور اقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية.
ويهدف المحور الاقتصادي إلى التصدي بنجاح للتحديات الاقتصادية الصعبة التي تواجهها البلاد حالياً بسبب الأزمات العالمية المتداخلة والمطولة “أزمة كوفيد-19 والأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية” التي أضرت بمعظم اقتصادات العالم. ولمواجهة هذه التحديات فإن الأمر يتطلب زيادة الإنتاجية في القطاعات الاقتصادية. الأولوية (الصناعة والزراعة والتجارة والطاقة).
بالإضافة إلى رفع الكفاءة الاقتصادية والمالية للدولة بهدف تخفيف الأعباء الاقتصادية على المواطنين، ويتم ذلك من خلال تنفيذ بعض الإصلاحات الاقتصادية الهادفة إلى إصلاح الموازنة العامة للدولة، وتعديل السياسات النقدية والمصرفية، وتفعيل نظام الاقتصاد الرقمي، زيادة تطبيقات الاقتصاد الأزرق المصري، وتطوير ريادة الأعمال في مصر.
أهداف البرنامج الانتخابي لتطوير القطاع الصناعي هي:
– تصميم خريطة صناعية متكاملة لكل محافظة تتضمن الموقع وكافة الإمكانيات والبنية التحتية المتاحة والتي تمنحها ميزة نسبية في القطاع الصناعي.
-وضع خطة متكاملة تهدف إلى إحلال الواردات وزيادة الصادرات.
– تعظيم استفادة المطور الصناعي من القطاع الخاص.
– حل مشكلة المصانع المتعثرة وتشجيع إقامة المشاريع الصناعية.
– العمل على توطين الصناعة في بعض المحافظات المؤهلة.
المساهمة في حل مشاكل المستثمرين الصناعيين وزيادة العائد على استثماراتهم.
– توفير المزيد من فرص العمل في القطاع الصناعي.
– تحسين أوضاع العاملين في القطاع الصناعي وزيادة دخولهم.
