المشدد 3 سنوات وغرامة 50 ألف جنيه لعاملين بتهمة الاتجار فى المخدرات بسوهاج
قضت محكمة جنايات سوهاج، اليوم السبت، بمعاقبة المتهمين “إم آر إم” عامل 41 سنة، و”آأأ” عاملة 22 سنة، بتهمتي الاتجار بالشابو وجوهر الميثامفيتامين في محافظة سوهاج. منطقة الحى الأول سوهاج.
وتعود أحداث القضية إلى عام 2023 بقسم أول سوهاج، عندما وردت معلومات لرجال مباحث القسم، مفادها قيام المتهمين بالاتجار في مادة الشابو وجوهر الميثامفيتامين بقسم المركز وترويجها لعملائهم. وبعد تقنين الإجراءات وإجراء التحقيقات، تم التأكد من دقة المعلومات الواردة من أحد المصادر السرية. وتم إلقاء القبض على المتهمين وبحوزتهم 13 كيساً وعدداً من أكياس مادة الشابو ومادة الميثامفيتامين معدة للبيع. وبمواجهتهم اعترفوا بجرم الاتجار بالمخدرات، وأحيلوا إلى محكمة الجنايات التي أصدرت حكمها السابق.
