نائب رئيس الإمارات: المنطقة العربية بها عقول متميزة نساندها باستمرار
أكد الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، أن المنطقة العربية قدمت للعالم قروناً من العلوم والاختراعات والأدوات التي شكلت أسس الطب الحديث والجراحات المتقدمة، و وهي اليوم قادرة على مواصلة هذا المسار من جديد، وأن العقول العربية المتميزة التي تؤمن بالعمل من أجل مستقبل البشرية والإنسانية تعد بالملايين ودعمها مستمر بمبادرات تدعم الابتكار والإبداع، وهي تقود الاستئناف لمساهمة المنطقة في مجتمع المعرفة العالمي والحضارة الإنسانية.
جاء ذلك، بحسب وكالة أنباء الإمارات (وام)، خلال إعلان الشيخ محمد بن راشد، عبر تدوينة على موقع “إكس”، اسم الدكتور هاني نجم من المملكة العربية السعودية الفائز بالجائزة الكبرى. فئة الطب في الدورة الأولى لمبادرة “نواب العرب” المبادرة الأكبر. وهي الأولى من نوعها في العالم العربي والتي أصبحت “نوبل العرب” التي تحتفي وتكرم إنجازات العقول العربية المتميزة، وتسلط الضوء على ما حققه أصحابها ودورهم في دفع مسارات التنمية والتقدم الإنساني في المنطقة العربية والعالم.
وقال الشيخ محمد بن راشد: «العقول العربية المتميزة التي تؤمن بالعمل من أجل مستقبل الإنسان والإنسانية تعد بالملايين، ودعمها مستمر بمبادرات تدعم الابتكار والإبداع، لأنها تقود استئناف مساهمة المنطقة في التنمية». مجتمع المعرفة العالمي والحضارة الإنسانية.”
فاز الدكتور السعودي هاني نجم بلقب مبادرة “عباقرة العرب”، المبادرة الأكبر من نوعها في الوطن العربي، في دورتها الأولى لعام 2023 في فئة الطب، وذلك تقديراً لإسهاماته المتميزة في مجال الطب. جراحة القلب للأطفال والكبار وابتكاراته الجراحية في علاج أمراض القلب الخلقية.
كما أجرى الدكتور هاني نجم أكثر من 10.000 عملية جراحية للقلب للأطفال والكبار وقدم ممارسات جراحية مبتكرة واستثنائية في تخصص جراحة القلب.
