زاد 105.5%.. اعرف بالأرقام توزيعة مُخصصات التأمين الصحى الشامل ضد المرض
ويشهد العام المالي الحالي الذي بدأ في 1 يوليو 2023 ارتفاع قيمة الاعتمادات المخصصة في الموازنة العامة للدولة للتأمين ضد الأمراض (التأمين الصحي الشامل) بنسبة 105.5% حيث بلغت 7 مليارات و767 مليون جنيه. هذا العام.
وفي هذا الصدد نسلط الضوء على توزيع مخصصات التأمين الصحي:
1- تم تخصيص حوالي 2.379 مليار جنيه للجهاز الإداري.
2- تم تخصيص نحو 4.219 مليار جنيه للإدارة المحلية.
3- تم تخصيص نحو مليار و77 مليون جنيه للجهات الخدمية.
يُشار إلى أن التأمين ضد المرض هو أحد بنود «مزايا التأمين الأخرى» التي تقدر قيمتها بـ 11 مليار و800 مليون جنيه، كما يشمل «التأمين ضد المرض دون تأمين صحي شامل، التأمين ضد إصابات العمل (الصحة الشاملة) التأمين) والتأمين ضد إصابات العمل.”
ويبلغ حجم الموازنة العامة للدولة للعام المالي الجديد 2023/2024 (الاستخدامات العامة للدولة) نحو 4.3 تريليون جنيه، مقابل 3.066 تريليون جنيه للعام الحالي 2022/2023.
وتنقسم الاستخدامات إلى ثلاثة مكونات أساسية، أولها النفقات، وهي النفقات المتعلقة بأداء النشاط المباشر لوحدات وأجهزة الجهات المدرجة في الميزانية العامة للدولة، مثل الأجور والاحتياجات والمزايا، والدعم، والمصاريف العامة الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى شراء الأصول غير المالية “الاستثمارات”، والثاني “الاستحواذ على الأصول المالية” والذي يمثل المدفوعات من الخزانة العامة إلى الهيئات والشركات الاقتصادية على شكل قروض وقروض. مساهمات لمعالجة الاختلالات التمويلية في تلك الجهات، وأخيراً «سداد القروض» المتمثلة في تقسيط وإطفاء القروض المحلية والأجنبية وفق المواعيد المحددة لها.
