شاب يطالب خطيبته برد الشبكة: تقاضت منى مصروفا شهريا 15 ألف جنيه طوال عام
وطلب شاب من خطيبته إعادة الشبكة، في دعوى قضائية أمام محكمة الأسرة في أكتوبر الماضي، ادعى فيها أنها خدعتها للاستيلاء على شبكة تقدر قيمتها بـ 250 ألف جنيه بحسب سعر الذهب الحالي. وأكد: «منذ خطوبتنا حصلت خطيبتي -على مدى 12 شهرًا- على مبلغ 15 ألف جنيه مصروفًا شهريًا لها». بحسب التحويلات البنكية التي قدمتها في الدعوى”.
وتابع الشاب البالغ من العمر 39 عامًا دعواه أمام المحكمة: «التقيت بها في العمل، وكانت صديقة زميلة لي. وتمت الخطوبة، واستجبت لطلب أهلها بأن أتحمل مصاريفها طوال فترة الخطوبة حتى زواجنا. واشتريت لها مجوهرات بقيمة 250 ألف جنيه، بالإضافة إلى هدايا تزيد قيمتها عن 90 ألف جنيه». ألف جنيه، بحسب الفواتير التي بحوزتي. ولم أعترض على طلبها، لكنها استجابت لكل ما فعلته بالتشهير بي ومعاملتي معاملة سيئة”.
وأضاف الشاب: “في كل خلاف كان أهلها يدفعونني للتدخل بيننا، فيضربني شقيقها ويتسبب في إصابتي. دخلت المستشفى في حالة حرجة وخضعت للعلاج لمدة 3 أسابيع. ثم ذهبت لملاحقتي ببلاغ وطالبت بحبسي. رفضت حتى الرد على مكالماتي الهاتفية وادعت أنني لم أنفق عليها المال رغم أنني مخطوبة لها بينما هي تحصل مني على مخصص شهري حسب التحويلات البنكية وهو ما أثبته في المستندات المقدمة للعائلة محكمة.”
وأشار إلى ادعائه: “لقد ابتزتني، ورفضت حل الخلافات ودياً. اكتشفت مؤخرا أنها تلاحقني بدعوى السجن، واستولت على الشبكة والهدايا والمبالغ المالية التي أعطيتها إياها لمدة عام، حتى أعيش في الجحيم بسبب تصرفاتها، وتصرفاتها. تهديداتها لي ولذراعي ودفعي لإعطائها المزيد من المال، وإصرارها على إلحاق الأذى بي، وإلحاق الضرر بي مادياً ومعنوياً، لتدمير حياتي“.
