كرم رئيس الجامعة ا.د مُظَفْر صَادِق الزُهَيْري الطلبة الأوائل على الجامعة والأوائل على مستوى التشكيلات كليات ومعاهد في كرنفال مهيب احتفلت به الجامعة لتخريج دفعة جديدة من طلبتها للعام الدراسي 2022 _2023، إذ بلغ عدد الخريجين (9038) خريجًا في الدراسات الأولية من حملة الدبلوم التقني والبكالوريوس التقني في مختلف التخصصات (التكنولوجية الهندسية، والإدارية، والمالية، والمحاسبية، والصحية، والطبية، والزراعية، والفنون التطبيقية)، فضلاً عن الخريجين من حملة الشهادات العليا الماجستير والدكتوراه التقني.
الكرنفال كان برعاية معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الدكتور نعيم العبودي، شهد حضوراً واسعاً لعدد من رؤساء الجامعات الحكومية والأهلية وممثلي عدد من الجامعات والمساعد الإداري لرئيس الجامعة والعمداء وعدد من المسؤولين في الحكومة المحلية والتدريسيين والمنتسبين والطلبة وعوائل الطلبة المتخرجين.
