تقدم المحامي موسي أحمد علي بإنذار علي يد محضر لشركة تاج مصر للتنمية العقارية بسبب مخالفتهم لبنود العقد بينهم وبين عدد من ملاك وحدات “ديجويا 1،2،3” التابعة للشركة، حيث طالبت الشركة مبالغ غير قانونية بحد ادني 250 الف جنيه وتصل إلي مليون جنيه، نظير المرافق والبنية التحتية للكومباوند في مخالفة صريحة لبنود العقد.
وأشار المحامي،”: علي الرغم أن العقد ينص علي بيع وحده سكنية كاملة المرافق ولم يتم النص علي اي التزامات مالية تتعلق بهذه المطالبات الغير قانونية، بالإضافة إلي أن الشركة اطلعت المستثمرين المصريين و العرب والأجانب علي القرارت الوزارية الخاص بالمشاريع الثلاثة و التي تم النص فيها صراحة علي التزام شركة تاج مصر بكامل المرافق حتي باب الوحدات المبيعه، إضافة إلي أن العقد نص صراحة ان هذه القرارت الخاصة بالتخصيص جزء لا يتجزء من العقد وهي تلزم شركة تاج مصر بكامل مرافق المشروع حتي باب الوحدة .
وأكد المحامي، أن المتضريين سيتأخذون كافة الإجرءات القانونية ضد ” تاج مصر للتنمية العقارية” لحفظ حقوقهم، إضافة إلي لجوء آخريين من جنسيات عربية للقضاء المصري، والتحكيم الدولي إذا لزم الأمر.
