جنايات الزقازيق تقضى بالإعدام شنقا للمتهم بقتل زميلته فى الشرقية
أصدرت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية، مؤخرًا، حكم الإعدام شنقًا للمتهم بقتل زميلته في العمل والتخلص من جثتها في أحد البنوك بعد سرقتها.
صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار شريف محمد سراج الدين، وعضوية المستشارين محمد سامي بدة، ومايكل نعيم ميخائيل، وأمانة سر حسن عبد المجيد وأحمد نصر.
تعود أحداث القضية رقم 5347 لسنة 2023 جنايات مركز مشتول السوق والمسجلة برقم 1891 لسنة 2023 جنوب الزقازيق، إلى أن قررت النيابة العامة إحالة المتهم عبد الله مام ال، عامل، مقيم بالزقازيق. قرية منير مركز مشتول السوق إلى محكمة الجنايات في محكمة الجنايات. الزقازيق; واتهم بقتل الضحية أمينة م م أ 20 سنة، يوم 14 أبريل الجاري، في منطقة سوق مشتول، عمدا ومع سبق الإصرار.
