إجتماع موسع مع شعبة المخابز لبحث إعادة تكلفة إنتاج الخبز السياحي

التقى الدكتور علي المصيلحي، وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية ، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 16من ابريل ، ممثلين عن شعبة المخابز ، لبحث إعادة تكلفة إنتاج الخبز السياحي، وفقا لما أعلنه رئيس الشعبة.
واوضح عبد الله غراب رئيس الشعبة العامة للمخابز خلال تصريحات صحفية إلى ضرورة هذا الاجتماع خاصة بعد انخفاض سعر الدقيق المستخدم لانتاج الخبز السياحى ” الحر ” مما سيترتب عليه انخفاض سعر الخبز السياحى لصالح المستهلك .
واضاف غراب ان أسعار الدقيق الفاخر استخراج 72% والمستخدم في إنتاج الخبز السياحي والفينو، قد شهدت تراجعا خلال الايام الماضية مما يشير الى انخفاض سعر الخبز السياحى خلال الايام المقبلة ، وذلك بالتوازى مع توفير وزارة التموين الدقيق البلدى للمخابز على مستوى الجمهورية لانتاج الخبز المدعم فئه الرغيف 5 قروش .
وكان رئيس الشعبة العامة للمخابز أكد ان أسعار الخبز السياحي في طريقها للانخفاض بنسبه تتراوح من 20 الى 25% بعد تراجع سعر الدقيق الفاخر استخراج 72% في الأسواق ، الأمر الذي يشير نتائج إيجابية لصالح المواطن الذي يستهلك الخبز السياحي
وأن الدولة ممثلة في وزارة التموين والتجارة الداخلية تتحمل أيضا فارق تكلفة انتاج الخبز المدعم لصالح المواطن ،حيث يتم صرف الخبز لأصحاب البطاقات التموينية بسعر 5 قروش للرغيف في إطار حرص القيادة السياسية على دعم الأسر خاصة الأولى بالرعاية ، حيث يستفيد من منظومة دعم الخبز ما يقرب من 72 مليون مواطن مقيدين على بطاقات التموين وصرف 5 ارغفة لكل منهم
