محافظ بني سويف: إزالة 94حالة “بعد مرور أسبوع” على بدء المرحلة الثانية ضمن الموجة الـــ 23 لإزالة التعديات
تابع الدكتورمحمد هاني غنيم محافظ بني سويف،سير العمل في حملات المرحلة الثانية من الموجة الـــ 23 لإزالة التعديات التي بدأت “السبت الماضي”تحت إشراف اللجنة العليا لاستراد أراضى الدولة،ضمن الحملات المكثفة التي تنفذها الحكومة للحفاظ على حقوق الدولة واسترداد حق الشعب،من خلال إزالة كافة صور التعديات،في إطار توجيهات القيادة السياسية بمواصلة جهود استرداد أراضى الدولة ومواجهة ظاهرة التعدي على أملاك الدولة والأراضى الزراعية والبناء المخالف
جاء ذلك خلال لقائه السكرتير العام اللواء حازم عزت ، لمناقشة سير العمل بالمرحلة الثانية، واستعراض تقرير الإدارة العامة لأملاك الدولة، وتضمن الإشارة إلى أن إجمالي ماتم إزالته(بعد مرور أسبوع على بدء المرحلة الثانية ) وصل إلى 94 حالة ( 61 حالة تعد بالبناء المخالف على 3585متر أملاك دولة+ 33حالة على مساحة فدان و9 قراريط زراعة ) وذلك في ظل تنسيق تام بين كافة الأجهزة التنفيذية ،لمتابعة تنفيذ قرارات الإزالة على التعديات بمراكز المحافظة، وطبقاً للبرنامج الزمنى الذي تم إعداده بالتعاون مع الجهات الأمنية والتنفيذية وجهات الولاية المعنية
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الموجة الحالية من حملات الإزالة ” الموجة 23″ يتم تنفيذها على 3 مراحل ، بدأت بالمرحلة الأولى في الفترة من 6 إلى 26 يوليو الماضي ،وتم خلالها إزالة 223 حالة “تعديات ببناء مخالف على أراض أملاك دولة وأراض زراعية خاصة “، تليها المرحلة الثانية في الفترة من 3 إلى 23 أغسطس الجاري ،وتختتم بالمرحلة الثالثة من 31 أغسطس حتى 20 سبتمبر 2024
