دعت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني إلى الحيطة والحذر من استمرار هطول أمطار رعدية على بعض مناطق المملكة، من اليوم الأحد حتى الخميس المقبل، وضرورة البقاء في أماكن آمنة والابتعاد عن أماكن تجمُّع السيول والمسـتنقعات المائية والأودية، والالتزام بالتعليمات المعلنة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وأوضحت أن منطقة مكة المكرمة ستتأثر بأمطار متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، تشمل العاصمة المقدسة والطائف وميسان وأضم والكامل والعرضيات والجموم، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة لتشمل جدة وبحرة والقنفذة والليث والخرمة وتربة ورنية والمويه، وستتأثر منطقة الرياض بأمطار خفيفة إلى متوسطة ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار لتشمل السليل ووادي الدواسر.
وأشارت المديرية إلى أن مناطق المدينة المنورة والباحة وعسير وجازان ستتأثر بأمطار متوسطة إلى غزيرة، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة على مناطق حائل ونجران والشرقية.
