عززت هيئة أبوظبي للدفاع المدني استعداداتها لاستقبال العام الدراسي الجديد 2024/2025، بهدف توفير بيئة دراسية آمنة تسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي والاستعداد للطوارئ، لضمان سلامة الطلاب والكادر التعليمي في جميع المؤسسات التعليمية بالإمارة.
وقامت الهيئة مؤخراً بتنفيذ سلسلة من الزيارات الميدانية للمؤسسات التعليمية في مختلف مناطق الإمارة، بهدف تقييم وتعزيز جاهزية أنظمة السلامة قبل بداية العام الدراسي الجديد. مؤكدة بذلك حرصها التام على سلامة جميع المنشآت التعليمية في الإمارة، وتعزيز قدراتها على مواجهة أي طارئ بكفاءة وفاعلية.
وخلال الزيارات ركزت فرق الهيئة على التحقق من كفاءة منظومة الإنذار ومكافحة الحرائق، وفحص صناديق الإطفاء للتأكد من جاهزيتها وصلاحيتها، كما تم فحص مخارج الطوارئ والمسارات المؤدية إلى نقاط التجمع الآمنة لضمان سرعة وسلامة عملية الإخلاء في حالات الطوارئ.
ودعت الهيئة جميع المؤسسات التعليمية إلى ضرورة التعاون المستمر مع الشركات المعتمدة لديها، لفحص وصيانة معدات وأنظمة الحماية من الحريق لضمان فعاليتها وجاهزيتها عند الحاجة.
