مؤكدا موقفه الثابت من رفض العنف والإرهاب
مهما كانت الدوافع والأسباب
وأكد تضامنه التام ووقوفه إلى جانب تركيا
ودعمه الكامل لكل ماتتخذه من إجراءات
لحفظ الأمن والإستقرار
وعبر عن تعازيه لذوي الضحايا
وحكومة وشعب تركيا
