أصدرت محكمة جنح قصر النيل حكم ببراءة السيدة / جيهان . شقيقة السندريلا سعاد حسني . في الجنحة رقم ٧١٤٨ لسنة ٢٠٢٤ جنح قصر النيل والمقامه ضدها من قبل احد افراد اسرة الفنان الراحل عبد الحليم حافظ. في الاتهامات الموجهة اليها باشاعة اخبار كاذبة وسب وقذف وخدش سمعة العائلة وذلك بسبب اعلانها زواج شقيقتها السندريلا سعاد حسني من الفنان الراحل عبد الحليم حافظ اثناء استضافتها في برنامج معكم مني الشاذلي مع الاعلاميه القديرة مني الشاذلي وقد تولي الدفاع عنها المستشار / مرجان فتحي . المحامي وبعد ابداء دفاعه وتقديم المستندات التي تؤكد علي زواج الفنان عبد الحليم حافظ بالفنانة سعاد حسني اصدرت المحكمة بجلسة الاثنين الموافق ٢٨ /١٠ /٢٠٢٤ حكمها ببراءة السيدة جيهان من جميع الاتهامات الموجهة اليها .
