فلسطين تُطالب بوقف التمييز في تطبيق القانون الدولي تجاه المدنيين
دعت وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين الفلسطينية، اليوم السبت، إلى وقف التمييز في تطبيق القانون الدولي تجاه المدنيين، وممارسة الضغوط اللازمة على دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، لإجبارها على الوقف الفوري لعدوانها المستمر على المدنيين الفلسطينيين. قطاع غزة لليوم الثامن على التوالي.
وأوضحت الوزارة -في بيان صحفي- أنها مستمرة في حراكها السياسي والدبلوماسي والقانوني لحشد أوسع إدانة دولية لإدانة استهداف المدنيين الفلسطينيين، ودفع الدول الغربية لوقف سياسة الكيل بمكيالين تجاه المدنيين الفلسطينيين وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان. والانتقائية المقيتة في تطبيق القانون الدولي فيما يتعلق بحياة المدنيين، مشدداً على ضرورة التحرك الدولي العاجل لتحقيق الوقف. عدوان فوري، وضمان وصول الاحتياجات الأساسية إلى قطاع غزة من مياه وكهرباء ومستلزمات طبية وغذائية وغيرها، وإجبار دولة الاحتلال على الالتزام بالقانون الدولي تجاه المدنيين الفلسطينيين.
كما أدانت الوزارة حرب الاحتلال المفتوحة ضد الشعب الفلسطيني وحقوقه بشكل عام، وضد الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة بشكل خاص، الذي يتعرض لإبادة جماعية وكارثة إنسانية غير مسبوقة.
وشدد البيان على ضرورة خروج الدول الغربية من إطار المعايير الدولية المزدوجة في التعامل مع الضحايا المدنيين، والانتباه إلى دماء ومعاناة المدنيين الفلسطينيين أسوة بالآخرين.
