ودخلت الآليات الفلسطينية إلى معبر رفح البري، تمهيدا لتفريغ شاحنات المساعدات التي عبرت من الجانب المصري إلى القطاع.
تنفيذاً لتوجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، أعلن التحالف الوطني للعمل التنموي الخاص، عن إرسال قافلة شاملة محملة بكميات ضخمة من المساعدات الإنسانية والإمدادات الغذائية والطبية إلى معبر رفح تمهيداً لدخولها إلى مصر. قطاع غزة. وتضم قافلة المساعدات أطباء من كافة التخصصات وأدوية ومعدات طبية لدعم الأشقاء الفلسطينيين جراء أعمال العنف. والتي تشنها إسرائيل على قطاع غزة، في إطار دعم وتضامن جمهورية مصر العربية تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق، للتخفيف من حدة العنف الذي أدى إلى وقوع العديد من الضحايا والجرحى.
كما أطلق التحالف الوطني للعمل التنموي الخاص قافلة ضمت 106 شاحنات محملة بكميات هائلة من المساعدات الإنسانية، منها 1000 طن من المواد الغذائية واللحوم، و40 ألف بطانية، و80 خيمة، بالإضافة إلى أكثر من 46 ألف قطعة ملابس وأكثر من 290.000 علبة. من الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية.
كما يشارك بنك الطعام المصري بـ 41 شاحنة في واحدة من أكبر القوافل الإنسانية من الجمعيات المصرية تحت راية التحالف الوطني، والأطعمة التي اختار بنك الطعام إرسالها هي مواد صالحة للأكل بدون طبخ (كمية كبيرة). (مياه معدنية – حليب – عسل – تمر – أجبان بيضاء – فاصوليا معلبة – لحوم معلبة)، وبالإضافة إلى المواد الغذائية، تحتوي القافلة على كميات كبيرة من الأدوية والبطانيات والمستلزمات الصحية بمختلف أنواعها.
