المؤبد لسائق وفران خطفا شاب وفتاة تحت تهديد السلاح بالإسكندرية
قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية برئاسة المستشار عادل عبد الفتاح جبريل رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية المستشار جلال فتحي عمار، والمستشار باسم عبد المنعم دسوقي، والمستشار حسين محمد المحلاوي، وأمين سر المحكمة أحمد عبد الرحمن. لمعاقبة “أرج” و”مام” بالسجن المؤبد غيابياً، ومصادرة الأسلحة البيضاء المضبوطة، وإلزامهما بدفع المصاريف الجنائية، لاتهامهما بالاختطاف القسري.
وتعود أحداث القضية المسجلة رقم 10530 لسنة 2023 جنايات قسم شرطة المنتزه الثالث، إلى أن كشفت التحريات أنه أثناء تواجد المجني عليه “إم إم آي” و”إس إم إس” ميكانيكي، بالطريق العام بالداخل وصل بدراجة نارية توك توك. المتهم الثاني “مام” فران، كان بحوزته سكين أبيض، وتمكن بهذه الطريقة القسرية من اقتيادهما رغماً عنه على دراجة نارية أخرى من نوع “توك توك”، إلى أرض زراعية خالية من المارة.
